Since 2003, I have been designing and consulting independently on user experience strategy and design for companies such as eBay, Nokia, Siemens, and Bose. My work has covered a wide range of web sites, web applications, desktop applications, and devices.
From 1998 to 2003, I was Director of Design and Analysis at Aaron Marcus and Associates, a pioneering UI design firm. In that post, I was responsible for leading critical projects, overseeing a bi-coastal design staff, and formalizing the sudio's design methodology.
